    Do you even know what qualified immunity is? It means you can’t be sued for doing your job in accordance with the law and policy (qualified).

    millions of animals probably get chipped each year. It’s a good thing and might help get your pet back. We got ours chipped at the local animal shelter for $25, with no monthly/yearly fees. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

    I hit mine with a rubber mallet directly on the picatinny, not at an angle. Popped off. They use loctite, so a little heat might help.
