I have a 7mm-08 with an 18” Wilaon barrel. Still working up a load for it, so no amazing groups to show for it.
I have shot excellent groups in large frame ARs in .308, so 1MOA or better is absolutely feasible.
I haven’t seen Lapua brass for the ‘08, or the other calibers you mentioned, but...
Nice!
Fortunately for you, you were able to purchase V3s and oair em with IP tricklers.
I have to oair my V4 with an IP trickler…we’ll see how that works.
Questions;
1. Is that an IP powder cup you’re using?
2. If not, which cup is that? Does it significantly cut down on powder spills...

F-class John also did a review of his mod on the Autotrickler V3.

I got one of Jim’s enclosures…I honestly am incapable of...

I adjust the powder measure to drop a given charge weight, which i confirm on my scale…an RCBS chargemaster. I drop 15 rounds per charge and test.
But let’s be honest. My application for pistol is USPSA. I’m a middling shooter in the sport not because of load...
I hear you on the V3 + IP, just need verification that V4 + IP will work and eliminate need to tip the machine to perform well.
I’ll likely purchase the IP powder dispenser system after they’ve been on the market long enough to get feedback.
Late to this thread.
Just got my Autotrickler V4, and i agree, it’s kind of unacceptable that this thing has been around this long and needs shims and user intervention to work well.
I also have ordered a draft shield with an adjustable screw to tilt the machine as needed to supposedly work...
Plenty of people take g&S.
Provided buyer covers fees and you get your full funds, that’s the point of transactions.
Sellers insisting on payment via vehicles with no recourse to the buyer is a red flag.
