    AX 338MC length when folded

My 27" version is almost exactly 40 inches, folded. Remember, it's easy to pull the barrel off if you want to really shrink the size up

How does it run with the .308 conversion in the long action? Does it feed flawlessly and without any snagging, jamming, or failures to feed? I assume the bolt throw is the same length as with the .338 bolt in the receiver?

My .338 LM shot a .17 MOA group at 200 yards. It'll shoot for sure, you just have to back it up!

I have a question for those who are more familiar with AI than I am... On my new AXMC .338, I have the occasional factory round cause the bolt to be a little tough to cycle after firing. I had to hit the bolt with my hand to move it up the last half inch or so on one round last time I shot it...

Took my AXMC .338 I bought from RMW out to the range again today. This is a 3 round group from 200 yards that my buddy shot using 250 gr. Hornady Match ammo and an Atlas bipod. Two rounds in the exact same hole, and one called "flier". The group measured 0.17 MOA, which I would say is pretty...

Hornady .338 250 gr BTHP Match Bullet Question

Does anyone have the length of the 250 gr BTHP that's used in Hornady's match ammo? I need to put bullet length into my AB app for spin drift. Thanks!

I went out and finally got to shoot my .338 AXMC today! It is my first .338, so I will admit I was a little intimidated before shooting it about what the recoil would be like. I shouldn't have worried. It legitimately felt as though it had the same impulse as my braked .308, just with a little...

I started out with a minimal amount of lube, not realizing that the bolt was really dry straight from the factory. After adding a couple applications of Frog Lube, it really slicked up. 2 pictures are at the top of this page.

I have been running my bolt for over a week of dry fire training now. As my first AI, I was pretty happy with how smooth the bolt was, but I didn't quite think it was as "buttery smooth" as I had heard rumored on AI actions. Then I decided to actually lube the bolt as much as I should have...

New product reveal pending, are you in?

We really need to start wildly speculating on what it could be. 5,000 internet points for the first one to guess it. I'll start... it's a rail-mounted combination bottle opener/bayonet attachment with NFC technology so you can buy a hit on a particularly tough target.
