This isn’t meant to be a shit flinging thread, it’s an honest question. Which is better/ more reliable and why?

The ergonomics of the TRG are better than the AW (to me).
Agreed…Both have been made obsolete by modern CNC prefits.
They both with break /fail under the right conditions, and I would give the edge to Sako as they just don't seem to go down. Have seen alot of AI failures over the years with small parts breakage.
Both are amazing engineered guns but they really offer nothing you can't do cheaper and lighter with a modern gun. The only thing you are really getting is a "proven system" that has been tested. There was a time when they were the only option for a reliable factory gun, but now with all the options for actions/chassis/barrels/ect, you can get much more rifle for your money.
You can pick an action, pick a stock/chassis, pick a barrel and trigger, slap them together and end up with something that shoots just as well for a fraction of the cost and not be tied to an expensive ecosystem of accessories.
Have owned TRG22/42's, AIAE/AT/AW, Cadex C338, DT300wm, FN SPRs and a whole bunch others. Would rather have an impact in a foundation with a Bix/TT Diamond and a bunch of bartliens than any of them. Shoots better and based on what I have seen every bit as reliable under anything but extreme Heat and Cold (-20* and above 120*). You will save alot of money in the long run that can go towards more ammo or an Alpha Scope.
I just threw those two out because I thought they were the two top dogs around. I was just curious which would be more durable, didn’t really have a specific use just a do all kinda rifle. Are the choices just limited to these two? What are your intended uses/objectives for the rifle?
PS - how's the import/export business going?
