I purchased something from them a few weeks ago. They took payment but it's been radio silence since. No response to emails, they don't pick up their phone, and their voicemail box is always full. Did they close up shop?

I ordered some actions last year and things drug out, got radio silence, finally got a bit nasty on social media post, then got some of what I ordered in, then waited weeks and had to blow up again to get the rest of it. Now I've been trying to swap a bolt out I asked to be swapped before it shipped last fall.

Several years ago when I shot Curtis actions I call Chase and ordered a bolt that he said was IN HIS HAND as we were talking and he was taking my order...6mons and a LOT of calls before I finally got the bolt...Loved the actions but would never own another due to the customer service.
I heard a rumor times were tough, as he (Curtis) was going to have to sell his $200K+ boat

Glad I found this thread. Was going to order a Valor Hunter long and Valor short next week too. On to the next company.
Maybe Terminus....Joel is a good guy in my book. I've met him a few times over drinks and dinner.
