So I know I'll catch some flack for stupid questions, but I'm going to ask anyway. I just picked up this action from my FFL and it had 3 baggies stapled together and two of them had screws - the third was empty. It looks like the set screws for the QC and the trigger screws. Are these supposed to come with hardware to mount the action? Is that maybe what was supposed to be in the 3rd bag?
Also what's the threaded hole behind the set screws for? I'm poor so I only have savages and a ruger RPR and neither of them have that.
