Suppressors AWC warranty ?

They moved from AZ to Bryan/College Station area. I guess new owners after Lynn and Judy passed? I called and spoke with someone several months back and asked about dropping an old AWC can off for service. Had to call several times before someone answered the phone. They said absolutely NOT! They were an ITAR facility and had restricted access.
F them, I sent it to Joe at Shaw. Friend tried to get service from them and sent his to Shaw also. These were old AWC SMG cans from back in the day.
