I don't have gauge pins to measure neck tension, so I think a micrometer to the 0.0002" resolution might be halfway OK.

For those in this thread who actually load:

6.5 ManBun
142 Match King 🤴
Hornady brass
Fed Gold Medal 210M Primer
41.5 H4350
0.002 neck tension
0.090 jump in my T3X Tac a1

Have fun. Don't be poor.

I know... I used to walk in the local parts store and tell the man behind the counter what part I needed and he walked down a shelf looked a few seconds then brought me the 2 choices.
few years later with new men, they asked couple questions, flipped through large paper books on racks then went got your part.
Few more years go by and now they got a micro fish device with info on slides...
Takes longer and more times than not the wrong part comes back. A old man drinking coffee listening to us, walks back there rumbles around and returns with correct part.
Now days man behind counter asks 20 questions and takes 10 minutes to tell you we don't have that part in Stock , but can get it in day and a half.
My wife can get it delivered free in 1 day and so far nothing on line orders have been wrong. We have come a long way in auto parts ....
put the local parts store out of business but made lots delivery drivers jobs.

It is kind of amusing sometimes to go in asking for parts for a model/engine combo that doesn't exist from OEM. That deer in headlights look.

It then rapidly becomes very annoying...
