Bet the suburban sissies demand action now!

Americans got to have their Guacamole . It's been out for few years about Mexico cartels getting big ( washing-$$ ) into and controlling parts of Mexico's agriculture. Strong-arm cartel takeovers of Avocado ranches old news. I have NOT bought any avocados for couple years now.

I don’t know what Sirhr has against Dr. Pepper and avacados, but I’m beginning to suspect we might not get along. The next thing you know, he’ll be saying a brisket is a low quality cut of meat and isn’t worth $5/lb from the supermarket…

Brisket is like meat for the gods… just that the only proper way to cook it is in mid-town Manhattan by Jews with corn beef recipes.

I’ll just see my self out now.

I love Texas. I lived there for two years. Biggest takeaway was that Vermont would be bigger if we flattened it out. And Ann Richards was a really ugly stripper!

Not making that up.

Disappointed. I was hoping for something else.

Most of us in the ‘burbs are regular hoomans. It’s the trendy downtown yuppies that make up silly food trends like “avocado toast”

I never quite understood the attraction or popularity that avocado has seen lately. It strikes me as having the texture of the brain, the flavor of of clay, and the smell of raw pumpkin. I know folks love it but it's a hard 'no thank you' for me.

usda enforcers deserve anything and everything that happens to them. usda has been trying to put producers of non poisonous food out of business for years. they are no better or different than the fbi, irs, atf and other NKVD like agents. they are in bed with our huge agribusiness and other owners of congress and the deep state. usda is one of many deep state alphabets that should be shut down tomorrow.

Here in Florida, brisket it $11-12/lb at the supermarket. It makes little sense to pay the same as a T-bone or ribeye for one.

I do love a well prepared brisket though.

When their avocado toast supplies run out, the millennial fruit bats are going to be out in the streets demanding action against the cartels!

Sirhr
This would be a non-issue if California (which was the largest avocado producer almost on earth...) wasn't paying avocado farmers to NOT farm their 50+ year old trees, because muh water shortage......

Maybe our tax dollars are being paid to US farmers in order to give that business to Mexico.

But, what do I know?........

and who cares? prob harshly dealt with because the payoff they were offered wasn't high enough and they demanded more. prob weren't used to dealing with viscous sorts who weren't terrified of their fed papers. send US "inspectors" into another country? how could that go wrong?

Are you near The Butcher Shoppe?? They’re in Pensacola and I’m from NY and used to order all our competition Wagyu briskets from him and I’m pretty sure it was a lot less than that for them… I think like $8-9/ lb. Kevin Green runs it, reach out to him, he’s a great guy. And he does shipping too and his meats are really top notch.

Not near at all. It’s a full days drive to Pensacola from here. But I’ll check it out.

They’ll mail them and in all the years competing, only got 1 package where the meat thawed out and that was because of the delivery people and when contacting Kevin, he resent our package overnight so we could have it for the competition….. being that your right in Florida, I’m guessing shipping would be a lot cheaper too. Tell him John Miller and the rest of the team from Miller’s Backyard BBQ says hi

Ann Richard's was a really ugly stripper, and if she hadn't been against the conceald handgun bill ,she would have been Governor till the day she died and George Bush would have never been Governor or president, stupid bitch should have kept her mouth shut about conceald carry.

Used to pop in whenever I was close to the airport. It’s Loke your favorite gun shop, but with meat.
