    Commies gonna do what commies do, which is take away guns. Or at least try to.

    Idiot states that we have to get automatic weapons banned. Semi-automatic rifles are far outweighed by shot guns and hand guns. And only gangsters are converting Glocks to full auto, illegally. So, yeah, those weapons are not allowed by the law.

    But that does not matter. The intent is to take away your guns.

    Take all of the gun deaths. I mean, from mass shooters, to lover quarrels, to gang bangers to suicides. All of it. Not a drop in the bucket compared to the millions killed by communism, which is what this idioto in the SG office wants.

    Keep in mind the last Surgeon General feels very strongly the current POTUS is not mentally fit to be in office. His own DOJ special counsel has assessed his poor memory would make him unfit for a trial - why should he be fit enough to possess the nuclear football, destroy the Constitution under any grounds? Didn't he give away 300,000 frearms to the Taliban? That was kind of unhealthy for the Afghans.

    This whole "we have to get rid of private firearms for health reasons" is going also to be another predictable WHO demand interfering with our sovereignty if they get the puppets to go along...

    Medical malpractice and hospital errors cause 250,000 deaths per year in the US. An average person has far more risk of getting accidentally nicked and bleed to death during a routine endoscopy procedure or contract a flesh eating bug from a carelessly sterilized instrument than die by gun violence, unless they are involved in an extreme high risk lifestyle like being in an actively warring street gang or doing sicario stuff...

    Why not focus on sugar? It kills thousands of times more people, especially in this country. Almost seems like they wanna keep those stupid bastards hooked on it and sick all the time…..

    Just recently there was a CDC study on gun violence that found that defensive gun use stopped between 200,000 and 2.5 million rapes, robberies, and murders a year. The results were so politically toxic that the CDC was forced to retract the study by the administration. This time the CDC director will personally make sure the right results are obtained from his studies and used to reduce "gun violence" by disarming law abiding Americans.

    This is just a second bite at the apple by the administration.

    The gun is not violent, it's just an inanimate tool.
    By itself, the gun will do no harm.
    People are violent.
    The data, is incomplete, and skewed for political reasons, and total propaganda...because the government wants complete control...as you already know.
    They do not care about the people, the uncontrolled citizens are their problem...
    If they caused a 100 million deaths tomorrow but retained and even gained more control,...they would be happy.

    Instead of making the argument that the really "scary" full auto weapons are already illegal, as you just did, we should respond to these attempted encroachments with one question.

    Why can I not mail order a M2 Browning off of Amazon or get an IKEA type self assembly BM-21 GRAD shipped to my house yet? It's my constitutional right.

    Reset the Overton window. Don't try to reason with unreasonable people. Or communists. Communists aren't real people.

    Sidenote: A person was asking me where was the cheapest place to get an iphone. His previous phone was an android and it had a virus. I asked him if he had his phone wear a mask?

    It is the question that has to be asked and I am the one to ask it.
