Something similar just happened to a hunting buddy in Atlanta, however his gun was shipped from an FFL and was being shipped via FedEx. The fedex tracking info indicated that his package had been delivered to his FFL, when he showed up to pick up his rifle the dealer said that they hadn’t received it, he contacted fedex but according to them it was delivered successfully but for unknown reasons they didn’t get a signature upon deliver. He was panicking because he was going out of state hunting and this was the gun he was supposed to be taking with. He got the run around from FedEx, however two days later he received a call from a random good citizen, the package was found on the side of the road laying in the tall grass just a mile away from its destination, the package had not been opened. Thank God that we still have some good honest people in this country. FedEx couldn’t explain what happened. Long story but I wish you luck. We should bring back corporal punishment for thieves.
