Been waiting on this one since SHOT Show, I've been playing with it for a week now on my WLVRN, and I absolutely love it. I am really getting hooked on this 3-18 power range. Features on this thing are pretty awesome, love the turret design, clarity, and 34mm. I was shocked at the sticker price under $700. (updated as pointed out by somebodies daddy)
I'll be doing a full review soon. Check it out here:

I would imagine it's the same OEM in China that does all their TS scopes. From the sounds of it, it should be priced a bit closer to what a Chinese scope should be priced at. I think some of their TS series pricing has always seemed optimistic unless you're buying from Eurooptic.

I know it sounds really basic of me, but I've always kind of hated the looks of the TS scopes' turrets. This has a better look to it. I'm curious if it's NRL22 worthy, or if it's got a crazy high minimum parallax.

That sounds pretty optimal for a PRS22 scope to me.

Not to me with only 18x top end and no tree reticle. Parallax is fine but only one of the parts of the puzzle. 18x can be workable but there are targets that need a higher power for a more precise shot. The lack of a tree or hold under marks is a deal breaker for me.

Definitely unique spacing on the reticle.

Yeah, looks like they went back to the old MGR .2/.3 spacing. I’ve never liked the MGR because of that, strongly preferring the GAP with logical .5 spacing instead.

Do THAT many people like that wonky crap, or have they just not learned their lesson? Give us .2 or .25 line spacing and call it good!

I believe the JVCR reticle will also be available in this scope.
Thank heavens. Looks like they took the OG MHR and crapped on it. That spacing (like the MGR) is just useless noise. The OG MHR makes sense and I wish they'd put it in their FDN 10X. I strongly prefer it over the GAP reticle I have in my FDN.

It's just mind boggling to me that you can have an optics company make something as awesome and legible as the JVCR, and the exact opposite in a reticle and people actually buy it.

I'm sure they'd rather spend the extra time with QC, design solidification, etc. than launch a botched product early. I'm sure buyers would prefer it too, even if you get antsy.
Agreed, but if they are all like this one I think its good to go. Perhaps they are working out supply chain issues still.

You know, I’ve ragged on USO a bit for how long it’s taken them to bring the TXH to market, and how it wasn’t even on their site yet, but someone mentioned them in another thread, so I checked and it’s FINALLY officially announced for pre-orders.

What’s my problem now? MGR spacing. That’s right, that goofy shit where instead of using .25 or .2 mil spacing, they use a combo of .2 and .3 spacing! WHO WANTS THAT?! It’s the one thing I HATE about the MGR reticle. The new EMCR and MHR2 reticles would be alright if they’d just stuck with the .2 spacing used in the JVCR reticle (I’d have even been totally cool with .25mil spacing), but no, we get this .2, .5, .7, 1.0 spacing crap. That’s worse than companies that use .5 spacing on the stadia and .25 in the tree lol. Literally all they had to do was take the JVCR, add .2 spacing on the vertical stadia, and call it the JVCR2. Maybe, MAYBE I’ll try one and like it more than I think, but the uneven spacing bothers the hell out of me and makes the reticle look busier than it is in spots because you can totally tell the spacing isn’t even.

I can’t swing a Foundation right now, not even close, so I want to like the TXH but I just don’t know. Somebody needs to convince USO to knock this crap off and let it die with the old MGR reticle lol. As it stands, I think I’ll still be sticking with the Athlon Midas Tac and Area ETR lines for the time being, their reticles at least make sense and their tracking’s been proven rock solid…

Edit: free bump, looks like I bitched about this already earlier in the thread lol. I REALLY don’t like that spacing, apparently… :ROFLMAO: 😒

It looks like a rebranded Vector Optics scope.
    It's probably the same scope.
Looks like the USO TXH, Bushnell Match Pro 3-18, Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18x44, and Vector Continental are all the same base scope.

Which is a bad thing for USO, as that reticle is almost as bad as stupid as the Arken KLBOX.

🤷‍♀️I'm super happy with my Foundation... 🤷‍♀️

Biggest decision at the moment is to use that on top of a 308 or my 6.5 grendel auto. Am leaning toward the USO at the moment.

I'm admittedly a USO fan boi. I love my FDNs. I like my MR-10. I love the JVCR.

But no matter how much of a fan boi I am, I will never defend their use of those crap reticles. I was tempted to get one as a budget scope and toss it on a .22 or a truck gun, or even keep as a back up for funzies, but holy eff, those are both trash reticles. Absolutely ruined the scope for me. All they had to do was put the the OG MHR they use on the TS12 in the scope and it would be great.

According to the USO website this is selling for 699.95 (Not sub $600 MSRP) and with these FUBAR reticles cant see them selling many!
Guess USO must have sent you one to gush over (I mean review) on your website, as of this morning these are still on pre-order status only.

With a better reticle, I'd have considered buying one at $699. That's about standard nowadays for a Chinese made LR scope from Bushnell, Vortex, and Athlon. JVCR/MHR would have been a solid win on this though. Heck, what they're currently offering looks fine if they had consistent spacing instead of .2 and .3.

Yep. With those reticles and at that price it’s a pass, especially with the price EuroOptic has Athlon scopes (with their better reticles) at right now.
