This has more local interest, for me i have a personal interest, something seems foul here.

Could be Occams Razor but if this goes the sideways it could, this will be national.

It's got a body, a woman, a journalist, intrigue, conspiracy, FBI, inter agency scores to settle going back to Whitey Bulger, a rogue Trooper, filled in swimming pools, remodeled basements, disappearing dogs, cell phones destroyed Clinton style or perhaps it's just a guy that got hit by a car driven by crazy.

You can say you saw it here first.

This just skims the surface. Way more detail that isn't being mentioned.
Ah, yes, my "memory evolved" from what I originally reported in my police report and what i say in court now is what happened.

LoL.

Yeah, Brady is a thing. Total clowns.

I don't miss being a cop for over 25% of my life.

Not one bit.

Yuri Bukenik (Bukake) was the MSP investigator.

He was also a former Stoughton junior cop or something like that.

No conflict of interest though.

Wasn’t Stoughton one of the most corrupt depts in USA?

Chief accepted free Lincoln Navigators. Officers took TV’s from store… I heard stories that Stoughton was a cesspool! And I was 200 miles away!!!

It has a strip bar “Alex’s” but I’m not aware of anything more.

If the story of the “suicide” goes sideways the state will be in a tempest.

It will be time for fire and brimstone.

And now…

Nope.

I was suspended without pay for 5 months and put through three trials before my Dishonorable.

I wasn’t fired for not taking the shot……it was insubordination to not take the shot when asked at each trial and it was even worse that I wouldn’t just walk away and quit.

We never really got due process because the trials outcomes were known and we never had opportunity to appeal. I was told I couldn’t speak my say at the final one.

I bet the job goes heavy handed on him. The union will appeal. Civil Service will say he was denied due process and there will be some sort of arbitration.

Neither Civil Service or EEOC would even act on our complaints and once they found out we filed a case they absolved themselves of any responsibility to provide service.
you and trump seem to have a lot in common.

The fine oiled machine of gov't! I dont trust any person serving time is a criminal anymore. Im sure most are, just dont trust the system.

We are a moral bankrupt society!
Most in prison probably are, but I damn well won't just assume it anymore.

This cycle of bad cops behaving badly, breeding distrust and disrespect for police, which breeds more more bad cops, which breeds more bad behavior...... just isn't going to stop without major revolution at this point. Once it's at this point, the job itself cannot recover nor can the publics perception of it.

At this point the MSP seems to be toast.

If their social media posts something about saving a baby clutching a basket of kittens they get torn to shreds.

I have not seen this story of the Trooper returned to duty really break yet.

Who knows what his case was. Maybe he was railroaded by the investigators. If you read the news article though what is alleged is pretty serious misconduct and caught only because it was on a Fed wire tap.

His name and picture should be distributed by social media with a message to contest any tickets or actions by him. His character/integrity should be the basis for every one of them

I have a feeling the colonel retires today.

Just seems it would be a good day, Friday, people on vacation, go away.

Gov is going to appoint first Colonel from outside the system in a long time.

You knew the thing was going down hill when changing something as simple as letterhead using script writing was made to be print. It's not a dumbing down. Just elimination of standards.

Just saw this video. Much respect to you men that took a stand!

I’m very familiar with that man and he is as standup and moral a dude as you will find.

That vid was taken at family land. He had to sell his parcel when he couldn’t get work in MA doing what he was trained to do as a ballistician/law enforcement officer. Dishonorable Discharges have consequences as noted by the state civil service commission - see below.

He lives in OK now using his training. OK made out MA is lessor for his moving.

Still tough loss for him having to move from his land and home.

Thanks for posting its good to see it’s getting noticed.

The page that hosted the video is run by a great guy. His veterans stories interviews are a good take. He is a Patriot.

This was wrong.

Colonel is holding on.

Rumor is he is going to wait until after this trial plays out.

This dude is the most abused Colonel ever. It’s like they want him to absorb all the sins of the agency and take them with him when he retires.

Nice legacy.

I'm taking bets.
Will anyone involved in the framing of this lady ever get charged for their part?
Will she get a taxpayer check for what they have done to her life?
Will the people that beat the shit out of him and threw him in the snow get charged? Ohh wait. They were cops weren't they? So disregard.
One cop will get fired and re-hired after the Union steps in. Two others will be sent back for more training.

Not sure what more you want.
