Even though dude in the visor is pointing out the shooter secret service has to verify if he's friendly. The civilian has no idea who he's pointing out.

300 black, 22mag, 5.56, 220 swift or anything in-between. When we see the actual rifle we'll know. Until then it's all conjecture.

Twenty year old about to live out his fantasy. Twenty year old putting the cross hair or bead on a human for the first time with bad intentions. Breathing and heart rate are wildly out of control and the target is moving unpredictably. His brain says... There's the shot and then the finger pulls the trigger somewhere in a breathing cycle and rapid heartbeat while laying on his chest and stomach with God knows what kind of rifle support.

How did he get on the roof?
Did he bring a ladder, did he just find one laying around, did he stage it prior, why wasn't it noticed? I didn't notice any roof hatches to access the roof. I also didn't notice any rooftop equipment that would require regular maintenance that would necessitate a hatch.
