So people keep talking about DEI. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Yeah... whatever. Faggots.

The acronym is backwards. It is DIE.

Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. DIE

Because however you want to describe it, when you use Diversity, inclusion and equity in your hiring or your organizational structure... people DIE. At Boeing. At Amtrak. In Hospitals. At Rally's in Butler, PA. In the Military. On police departments. In fire departments. In engineering accidents.

DIE is killing people.

We DO NOT any longer refer to DEI.

We refer to the hiring and retarded staffing practice as what it is. DIE. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Because the practice causes people to DIE.

You heard it here first.

One of our huge customers asked us to sign their equity policy, stating we would comply with it in our business practices, if we wanted to continue to do business with them. It also included some EU charter shit. Told them to fuck off. We don't do business with people who would presume to have any say about our business practices beyond USA and state laws. Heard their US operations are now hemorrhaging money. Feels good.

Thank fucking Jesus I retired Jan 1st. Seven glorious months of not listening to some faggot and his fucking feelings. It's bliss. No more recurring training from fuckwits and I still get paid bitches.

No diversity hire rug lickers or untrainable minorities. Just bliss and an endless stream of projects from my wife. Oh yeah, I am going shooting three times this week and hunting in Africa next month.

It's tough out here.
 
I hate DEI with every bone in my body and I'm brown. My boss is a black woman and she has no experience in our line of work. I had to go through interviews and hands-on testing (I already have 7+ years of experience with multiple certifications). She got hired from the ghetto of east St. Louis and has no clue about information technology but supervises three other guys like me (we all have master's in computer science). She tried to push the BLM and black history month crap and I ripped her a new one. Reported her ass to the labor relations (those guys share the same conservative values/principles I have). You can only expect how it went for her. She finally shut the fuck up and I've been happy ever since.

My point is if some fucker is trying to force DEI crap on you.... fight back (don't push it to the point where your job might be at risk, depending on where you work). It's a little sad to know that I'd be seen as one of those lazy diversity hire fucks but I know that I am productive and millions of IL residents can purchase hunting/fishing licenses, tags, etc. online and that's because of me and my team.
