sold shipped to your FFL. This is an M16E2 carbine copy. It is equipped with a then "state of the art" Laser Devices FA-9 laser sight. The M16E2 was the fore runner of the M16A2. The E2 model still had the fixed carry handle while the A2 had the picatinny rail with detachable carry handle. The M16E2 is what 10th Special Forces Group went to war with for Desert Storm. This M16E2 copy has been modified to a "carbine" version. It has a pinned and welded XM177 flash hider for a total barrel length of 16.5 inches. It has a 6 position adjustable stock. The gun comes equipped with a Redi-Mag and two 30 round steel magazines. The trigger has been honed and upgraded with match springs to give a crisp 5 pound trigger pull. The gun is equipped with a fully functional, period correct, Laser Devices corporation FA-9 laser sight. This is a class IIIA Helium Neon (HeNe) laser with a pressure switch and works perfectly. It is a fantastic example of early technology and uses 8 double A batteries. This gun functions perfectly and is 100% reliable, you can bet your life on it. $800 shipped to your FFL, know your state and local laws. I'll put this up here at a reduced price and if it doesn't sell, it will go up on GunBroker in a week at an increased price to cover listing fees. You get the rifle, laser sight, and two magazines, nothing else is included. The Laser Devices box is just for info and not included.
