Hope she died in a lot of pain... and that her 'constituents' see what she did to them. While making her family rich as fuck. Noone got ahead in 5th Ward and other parts of central Houston while she bled them dry.

Houston was a shithole long before Katrina... It had a couple of enclaves of 'wealth' and back when they had Enron and a couple of PC companies... they had some tech. And JSC... but that's South and not inside the beltway. Houston went to hell in the 1970's.
I drove into the Fifth Ward in Houston in the early 1990's to go to a plastics plant there. I'd never seen anything like it... beyond third world. I mean... made the third world look good. Unreal. And that's what the broad preyed on to become rich.
Smart... yeah. Lots of predatory criminals are smart. She should go down into the pantheon of criminals along with everyone from Son of Sam to Joseph Mengele. How many people did she kill by siphoning away the money that 'could' have helped that community? She kept the place in poverty while getting uber rich... and kept people killing themselves to keep getting herself elected.
