Since lasers are light, I would expect them to travel at the speed of light. The trick is getting the new weapon to acquire and disable/destroy a target that is moving at multiple times the speed of sound.

I was just guessing. Kinda like those tests were you color in the circle. I actually don't know cuz we don't put eggs in a carton in the fridge. Ours go from the chicken to a rack on the counter.
