the bitch quite

That's what she said about her complete incompetence. Last person I can think of who couldn't do their job got fired on the spot. That kind of accountability is lacking in most government positions.

Was she incompetent, negligent, of complicit is the real question.

I never disagreed. All I objected to is your typical smart ass, punky reply, acting like it's the person who's asking the questions fault. What would you have asked her? She's the one you replied about.
It is the people who are asking the questions fault. If Boeing hires fake engineers to design air planes. Who is at fault if those designs catosrophically fail?

What did they do? Besides, you know. Confirm her for the position despite a compltet lack of pertinenet experince. Leave her there for three years despite problems and obvious bias against protecting the former president. Then when she shows her either complete negligence or incompetence and is indignant about it. Instead of removal she is allowed to resign.

Really? OK, I'll play. And now for the third time I'll ask you, what would YOU have asked her? And how would you have gotten any different of a reply from the dozens of Congressmen who were there questioning her?

Or do you think you're so clever, she wouldn't have stonewalled you, and instead spilled her guts with amazing truthfulness? Or perhaps you could have gone straight Middle School on her, and held up your IPad with a bunch of emoticons on it.

And so you understand, Congress had nothing to do with her appointment. She joined the United States Secret Service back in 1995. She left the Secret Service in 2019, and served at Pepsico as senior director of global security from 2019 to 2022. Then she assumed the office as director of the United States Secret Service in September 2022 by appointment from President Joe Biden.

Again, Congress had NOTHING to do with her being there. And they do not, and did not have the authority to fire her. All they can do, and in fact DID do, is ask for her resignation..... Which she gave them less than 24 hours later.

Ironically if you listen to what she says in her testimony more than once she directs people in the proper direction “FBI.”

You may not like what she said because the circus like derogatory atmosphere created by members of Congress, you
know those insulting one liners she was bombarded with, she held her ground better than any other Biden appointee that has testified before Congress!

External influences created this situation, someone groomed the shooter and it wasn’t the Secret Service. Decisions made during the Trump’s scheduled event before/during/after are where you will find those responsible for the attempted murder of the candidate.

Well you’all are slapping each other on the back because Cheatle resigned, ask yourself this, why a week after this event the media and congress held court and found someone to package all the blame before the investigation is complete?

Someplace between the former Director and the field agents you will find the real traitors, these are the people that need to be identified.

( after the Biden speech last night why is this man still President).

She was smart. She knew she was going to resign before she ever walked into that room. Being told that she was "full of shit" didn't rattle her. She held up better than most. She let the FBI deal with it. Why not?

There was nothing this woman could have said or done in that room, that would have removed any heat from her, or satisfied that committee. She was toast when she got out of bed that morning, and got dressed. And she knew it.

This has happened before with the Secret Service, (after the Kennedy assassination), and it will more than likely happen again if there is another assassination attempt on another candidate.

Regardless if it is successful or not. Just like a NFL, NBA, or MLB losing coach. They become jobless after a bad season. She was a D.E.I. hire, and everything was fine.... Until it wasn't.
