Frontier has both of these shitty “businesses” beat and they haven’t had to resort to hiring everything except people who will do their job. Frontier is fake and gay

That sucks, I like delta. My good friend has worked as a flight attendant for 30+ years and always gets me taken care of. Never had a bad flight or any issues with Delta employees.

They all suck, what's new? United has wheels falling off planes and burning engines, Southwest blows, American has old shitty planes. Good luck getting a soda on any of them. Checking a bag costs more than the fucking ticket and I'm expecting an old woman with a goat on a tether or some idiot stuffing a crate of chickens in an overhead bin any day now.

Flying today is identical to riding a bus in Columbia circa "Romancing the Stone" from 1984. Remember the bus ride scene?

Air travel sucks these days.

And I think a large part of that is airlines are constantly bailed out by the government. There's no pressure for them to actually provide a quality product and customer service.

“Lost” luggage on 3 consecutive first class international flights this year. 2 Delta and 1 American. Pitiful. They don’t GAF either. I think American sent a $25 which I told them was laughable and actually insulting. 🤦‍♂️

I have said this before, does a pilot/passenger really give a shit about sexual orientation, gender, race, creed, religion or political beliefs or do they want the absolute best person available for the job? It's a f'n really easy to understand concept, but yet we try to determine what is best based on criteria other than qualifications or experience.

In a service type industry which air travel is, you want to hire attractive approachable friendly people who will make clients feel good.

You do not want to hire repulsive employees because you’ll lose business. DEI hires are social misfits. They drive away business. The company will fail.

I only fly maybe once a year. I have not had a decent round trip flight in years...at least since Covid bullshit. This year had to rent a car and drive to Missoula from Kalispell to get a flight home. They were trying to route me to LA to spend the night. Airlines don't give a crap any more. Haven't had a delay of less than 7 or 8 hours on a to and from booking in the last 4 tries. Longest one was 26 hours and ended up booking another airline to get home. At least they haven't lost one of my firearms yet.

We flew on Turkish Air from Chicago to Istanbul Business Class on Monday, 12th. Man I'm here to tell you. It was like the glory days of Pan Am or TWA. Pod seating that converts to a bed. Real food on china plates and SS tableware. Multi-course meals. Denon headsets and wide screed TV's. Expensive but worth it.
