Not in my book but I don’t think after 16 it’s considered “pedophelia” as in some states it’s the age of consent. We’re talking abuse of innocent children and even babies, these people should not be allowed to breathe period.

So let me clarify my original question. Would the same punishment be meted out to a smoking hot looking female teacher with a young [eight-year-old] boy?

Same exact crime and circumstances only the perp looks like a million dollar super-model that causes grown men to drool when she walks by.

Not sure why you are focusing on "smoking hot women" which is not a typical pedophile #1 and most adult women who are arrested for this it's young teens with hard ons they are wanting to have sex with not 8 year olds. I'm not fixated on smoking-hot-female pedophiles. Just pointing out the inconsistencies. Regardless of age, the penalties should be the same no matter the sex of the perpetrator.

It was thought that by using a bit of hyperbole, I could emphasize the fact that when women are the offenders, they seem to get lighter sentences than men.

Fellas, you have no idea what it’s like to be in your classroom during lunch and have a really nice 16 year old come in and ask a question. How I handled this, (to assure that there would never be any issues….

1. The classroom door STAYS OPEN
2. Teacher KEEPS HIS DISTANCE from his student (as in stays behind desk, making sure student stays in front of desk)
3. Teacher Answers question directly, DOES NOT ENGAGE IN SMALL TALK

I thought the world of my students. I wanted each and everyone to leave with respect of my work, not fear of being attacked, and a feeling of safety whenever they were in my classroom.

Taking advantage of children whether they are 5 or 15 is the sign of a sick mind.

They are your Students…NOT your PREY.

I work in a Fed Prison

I see these inhuman predatory bags of flesh everyday. I work in a medium facility and it used to be that these kinds had really rough times. Now a lot of the thugs are sick of getting penalized real bad and the chomos walk without fear. Not my business, but it sure does get to one, when you have a whole ‘car’ of Chomos walking around acting like they own the place, mouthing off like they are a gang.

On an up note, it’ll be very interesting if we get P Diddy in our prison….. lol

Not fucking surprised at all. Here lately it seems that all of the big celebrities of everything are sex freaks and have or wanted to fuck kids. The list released of attendees of Diddy’s parties is distinguished and disgusting. I’d love to see them skull fucked with a 1911.
