Yes, a YoDave spring will work in Tikka's 2-stage trigger just fine. I had an Elay Precision spring in my T3X TAC A1, circa 2019. Unfortunately, it appears that small US-based outfit has ceased operation.
YoDave is great; the only problem is they're Canadian and, if you order direct from them, Canadian shipping laws will whack you to the tune of $10. At least, that's the way it was five years ago. Maybe there are US-side YoDave resellers.
If so, or you can find other sources of lighter springs, be assured they'll work assuming Tikka has not changed their 2-stage trigger since I owned one five years ago. There was also some web traffic around purchase of workable springs from Ace Hardware.
Good luck.
