Lots of larger institutions that manage collective investment trusts (where your corporate 401K might be) such as State Street, Northern Trust as well as plenty of others that hold other financial instruments near the top of that list. BNY Mellon for instance has a large HSA line of business as well.

If you use Fidelity’s Cash Management Account services, that’s a partnership with UMB.

I didn’t see USAA nor Ally on that list. But they could be wrapped up in this with business with a bank on that list and I wouldn’t know.

Well the Feds have already demonstrated that they were willing to do a full bailout of uninsured deposits for Silicon Valley Bank. Perhaps we will get to see if they are willing to do it again.
