This is a complete upper with PWS branded radian raptor charging handle, bolt / piston assembly, and neutral timed Surefire warcomp.
This upper features a pic-lock rail including both mlok and picatinny.

Upper has shot great and is the softest shooting shorty both suppressed / unsuppressed (3 position gas block). Round count is <250. I am recouping funds for a bolt gun purchase. Condition is near perfect. There is one small scratch on the left side of the rail over the barrel nut from being in the safe.
