Why doesn't he quote the entire statute?

I let several 8 pointers and a big 7 point walk tonight. I have a really big 8 pointer hanging around, but he didn't come in tonight.

Oh, and none of those gays floating around. If there are, they don't advertise/recruit like in the US.
