You should visit S. Texas right now, I have never seen so many Minnesota plates in 60 years as last year. They have already started pouring in from other northern states. They come down and set up camp then leave before Thanksgiving until about Christmas, then stay until spring break, then slowly, too slowly go home.

THEY would also be blaming and suing the teacher, the principal, the school, the school district, et al if one did end up as a stray when it should be clear that the "stray" could not follow simple instructions and may have a learning disability or behavioral issues that should have been taken care of by the parents before being allowed in public.
