I just purchased a B&T SPC9 PDW G Pistol
This will spend a lot of time in the trunk just in case with a Glock 19.
Id like to find a good backpack to keep it in with the Glock 19 and some mags.
Most of the backpacks I have found cap out at 20 in. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
The OAL is listed as 23 in.

First thing I would do, is configure your rig with a folding stock, then, you are back in the Universe of normal sized backpacks.

Of all the soft packs I have only the Camelback Condor model ( 2-day pack) is long enough to accommodate a 23" Mk8 scoped rifle with a LawTactical folding stock; this is a 14.5" KAC SR-25 ACC in the pack. I like to use the more readily accessible outer pouches to secure the handguns in the orientation you would establish your grip, with velcro +/_ Safariland ELS QD devices or Vertx Origami system; such systems provide lots of configuration options.

Limited only by your imagination.

Im actually going to Dicks Sporting Goods soon to look at tennis bags.
I have a friend who used one years ago and I just remembered it.
I think I could have the tailor sew in some velcro inside or figure out someway to store a G19, some mags and a flashlight in there or somehow make it work.

I don't recommend them. I had one for awhile, but they're quite flimsy, sag a lot, and doesn't fool anyone that knows you.

Check out Vertx.
