Had my hunting rifle in a Manners T5A with some hand laid camo...thinking about doing the new CF stock the same (or similar)

I like the Carbon Fiber and would keep at least a little of it for ascetics...but the dark just doesn't work on a hunting rifle.

Cerakote? Dip? Rattle Can and sponge?

I say rattlecan it but I guess I'm confused. The two pictures show stocks already painted. The bottom one already has only a little carbon fiber exposed. I guess I was expecting a stock full in carbon with no paint.
Manners Carbon Fiber with Elite Tac Camo which is too dark , and has too much carbon showing through.
Just thinking about making it all a little ligher.

I like the paint thats already on it and would be more worried about the scope touching the barrel, assuming it is. May just be the angle. Ive killed plenty of critters at close range with black guns so its fine but if you want to paint it, have at it. Paint is one of those things that others opinions mean jack shit, just like mine. If I wanted to paint it I'd prolly krylon it but Im known to do $5 paint jobs on $$$$ guns.

It looks like the same scope and rings in both pics so I think it's just the angle of the second pic. My answer to these questions is always the same. Have a few beers with your dog and rattle can it.

It is very very very close. Dolla dolla bill close, but doesn't touch and it's easily one of my more accurate rifles so I'm not planning on messing with it.

Went from Hawkins Medium (1") to ARC low (24mm) and it was a little lower than I wanted, but doesn't touch so I decided to leave it. I'm just converting all my random ring systems over to ARC rings.
