Fierce Firearms Carbon Edge Rifles - Any Experience?

I recently purchased a Fierce carbon rival in 7PRC, NF and Scythe Ti .30 cal suppressor equipped. Didn't have time to develop a reload, so I tried 4 different brands, settled on Federal premium 175 g ELD-X. Did the standard shoot, clean, repeat, etc break in. It now has maybe 70-80 rounds. It is a sub moa rifle, and on one occasion I had a cloverleaf at 200 yards, factory ammo, it only happened once, but it is a shooter.
And my son harvested a nice buck at 200 (or so) yards, so I'm more then OK with this rifle.
Hope this helps, have fun.

I have an Edge in 280AI. Rifle is a good shooter for 3-4 rounds but will open up a bit due to the fact it’s a very thin profile barrel. I enjoy it and it has done its job numerous times. However, knowing what I know now, I’d probably would have built a semi custom for nearly the same price. I’ve read good and bad regarding Fierce. I think they are better than the other comparable company based on price that you see every where, but may be a hit or miss.

Thx for the inputs. If others who have owned, shot or have experiences with the Fierce want to chime in, I am all ears. My normal MO is to acquire nice, classic hunting rifles that have stood the test of time for my uses. Guns like old Mauser M98's, FN Browning, Swedish Husqvarna, JP Sauer, etc. Nice wood stocks are my norm. I have modern guns but mostly use them for target shooting/competitions.

While perusing a recent auction site for an old classic rifle for my son, I missed the chance to get both a nice old Belgian FN and an old Remington 788 due to other bidders who wanted them a good bit more than me, lol. (I am a cheap bastid)

Toward the end of the auction I had the chance to bid on two Fierce CT Edge rifles with one in 7mm Mag and the other in 7mm 08. Both in like new condition with boxes coming from a well known collector's estate from which I have acquired other items last year which were never used at all. The CT Edge is I think the top of the line at Fierce and is a ultra light weight rifle for mountain hunting where it would be carried a lot and shot a little. i.e. Not a target range weapon. Think what would be good for Dall Sheep, mulies, pronghorn or long stalks on plains game where walking, hiking, back-packing, etc.

If I read correctly, it is a clone of the Sako85 action using titanium and carbon fiber to reduce weight and retailed for about $3500 ea. I was able to get both for well under 1/2 that and each sold for less or equal money than the two 788's that I passed on were sold for. So, while it might not be a great value for full retail, it looked like an OK deal for the price of an old Rem 788 in 30-30 or 44mag. Still, I know next to nothing about the damn things and if some of the owners can clue me in, it would be great! I own one Sako that is frankly one of the most accurate rifles in my inventory. If they match its accuracy and precision, I will be happy with them. Kind of a father-son pair.

I not looking for alternative as I have already jumped down the rabbit hole. Thanks guys! Pics below.

I tried doing a forum search but only found where one had sold. Anyone had experience with these Fierce Carbon CT Edge rifles? Good, bad, ugly? Ultra Light Weight with 0.5" groups guaranteed at 100y is their claim.
Be very confident in the Fury or Edge lines. These are made in Canada. Very accurate rifle. It should have a factory target showing .5 MOA with the ammo used to achieve it. Anything made in Utah is a crap shoot. I own several of the Canadian made with absolutely zero issues. Antler Arms is the original maker who would send them to Fierce to sell in the US.

Thx ST103. I appreciate the insight. Both of these are of Canadian origin and are relatively early production as well I think since the s/n's are quite low at 11xx and 09xx respectively. It will be a few weeks before I can get them in hand from the auction house. Am looking forward to putting them thru their paces.
