VIGILANCE ACT: Preliminary draft
Summary: To establish a standing force of armed local citizens in every community, town, existing and new 2nd Amendment Sanctuaries, and counties in accordance with the guidelines of a well regulated militia as defined by the 2nd Amendment with the aim of
1- Ensuring that county, local, and state law enforcement upholds the oath to the Constitution that they swore upon service and to ensure, with force if necessary, that members of such agencies will not cause duress and harm to inhabitants of the jurisdiction that is not involved in a violent felony arrest/raid or police action in detaining of individuals involved in crimes against life,
2- Establishing immediate and prompt response and community aid in times of natural disaster or war, as Vigilance members are volunteers of the immediate community they reside in and know the local area and it's needs the best, and,
3- Prevent, using force if legally necessary, any ideologies and commercial acts in violation of community request and Constitutional code from usurping the political and social fabric of the community. Such acts include, and are not limited to, unconstitutional acquisition of community and farming land by foreign national and commercial entities with the intent of espionage or uprooting of local social structure, establishment of foreign political ideals that are in conflict with the Constitution of the United States, and unlawful restrictions, theft of supplies, and curtailing of necessary lifesaving movement of persons and livestock during emergencies by any manner of state bureaucracy.
