Up for sale is my Panerai 682 in excellent condition. The Panerai 682, IMO was the last of the true 42mm submersibles, housing the Panerai in-house P.9010 movement with the incredibly practical "jump hour" function, that with which, combined with Panerai's crown system, makes for incredibly quick and simple time zone changes. Panerai later discontinued this wonderful movement, and its jump hour function in subsequent iterations of the 973 and 2973, much to the chagrin of Panerai enthusiasts. This change made the 973s and 2973s less desirable than the original 682.
This movement, along with the full stainless bezel that reminds me of an antique deep-sea helmet are what drew me to this timepiece originally. Comes with everything you see here and the factory rubber strap is in excellent condition. The bezel is tight, with great feel and clicks and Panerai's patented strap change system on the 682 make strap changes as simple as pressing a button on the case. There is quite a lot of technology built into this very wearable Panerai. Watch is in great shape with no significant marks to speak of. As expected from an all brushed/polished steel watch and bezel, light swirls/scratching can be visible at the right lighting and angles. I have tried to capture those in bezel photos near 12 and 4 o'clock.
Asking $6450 Shipped in CONUS.
