Imperial Graphite Neck Lube

I wipe the outside of the case with a rag prior to seating just because I like keeping my dies clean
I've done the same as Baron23 but just started with using a Q-tip to lightly swipe the inside of the neck after powder drop and before seating. Haven't shot enough yet to say if there is any difference, but my thinking was to not let powder knock the Graphite from the neck and maybe not lose so much from the outside of the case.
Might be a nothing difference, but I like experimenting.
