He’s definitely going after the sweet spot first, the first thing he announced was resuming employer raids and often. It’s always been the way politicians knew to severely diminish illegal immigration, they just didn’t do it because it will actually work pissing off the chamber of commerce to no end . No jobs or benefits for illegals takes care of a large portion of the problem with very little cost, and the beauty is the leave on their own and stop coming.

I think new York is about to find themselves with another problem, and I think they know it. Without those benefits crime is about to shoot up because those migrants have no home, no employment and therefore decreasing resources. This was not hard to see coming.

FTR, it's the entire country with the same lack of budgeting issues. I have said repeatedly, if they were to stop federal withholding taxes and force people to pay their taxes in one lump sum yearly, this shit would stop everywhere. Pisses me off everytime I get my property taxes and look at the valuation, paid $2400 an acre and the appraisal district says it is worth $34k per, I have to protest it every 3yrs and there is no way it will ever bring that on the market, even in the best of years.
