Posse Comitatus Act prevents the military from civil law enforcement. Since the Feds have sued all the states saying that Immigration is a federal issue, if you declare an emergency and a foreign invasion, the military can absolutely be used to enforce immigration laws.

The military cant go about arresting citizens for arson or tax evasion. But i bet aiding and abetting a foreign invasion would hold up....

I have heard from multiple sources now, including AJ last week, that Homan has said priority will be on finding the 320,000 missing children (using the Epstein client/Diddy party lists would be good starts). I was concerned when AJ said the plan is for these kids and their families is to be given asylum/the right to stay here- which I somewhat have an issue with. read comitatus closely. there are several ways around what is believed to be it's limits on fed troop use. all kinds of exceptions in the wording and history. ike,for one,broke it. if you think that the left would pay any attention to the concept,you are nieve. the obiden regieme would have turned the military loose on us,as would the rinos,with no 2nd thought. who would punish them? they pay no attention to the wording or intent of almost every legal document or law.

One option would be to bar citizenship for anyone who entered illegally unless they return to their home country voluntarily and not deported then proceed the legal route to citizenship. Take amnesty off the table as well as benefits and many will leave on their own.

they are starting with the ones that immigration court has ordered to be deported. that alone will take some time.

I'm all for it. My bet is standing order deportations and ongoing deportations of violent illegals will be about all that happens. Maybe some random individuals caught up in the chaos as well.
