- Some states won't cooperate which means a lot of time and money is going to go into fighting this out in Federal courts
- Once we get them, sending them home will be complicated if the home countries don't want them or in some cases (certain dreamers aren't US citizens but also aren't citizens of anywhere else either) there is no place to send them back to
- A lot of these folks have the rights to fight deportation in court and the immigration system is already completely backlogged

In my community, which has been heavily invaded, It's not the people with heavy accents, trying to use English who are working going to church are the illegals, those are the legal immigrants.

I said that is happening but not nearly the scale of what it was. Not that many are working for cash. They are working in factories and everywhere else. The current regime has done little to nothing about the fake papers that they are using for employment. They are now allowed to work under daka and asylum. Inflation along with other price gouging is costing them. They are paying higher rents and vehicle costs because they have no choice but to buy from the buy here pay here lots. Most of the slum apartments are charging more than the high end places. They are buying gas, groceries, clothing and the rest like everyone else and they are working for lower wages supporting their wife and children here and not flopping in a house for $100 a month.

Yeah, but a "Pen and a Phone" doesn't change the actual law. Almost none of these are legally "asylum seekers". They were also required to file at the first county border they crossed. You can toss all these "waivers" as illegal and deport them. Everybody knows it, don't try to justify/assume their lawfare is valid.
