Matt Gaetz attorney general

Well, well, well. What a surprise. Those of us with one quarter of a brain knew this was a stupid pick. This guy isn’t fit to be a babysitter. The file on him must have been pretty bad for him to walk away. The real question is, how could Trump pick this guy to be Attorney General with ever doing any research into his character? He didn’t even take the time to flip through the ethics report?

Pretty simple, really. He met with Senators who's votes were needed, realized that the votes weren't there, and withdrew so that Trump could go on to his second choice. Happens in every administration, Liberal or Conservative, Democrat or Republican. To be honest, the beauty of the Founding Fathers system is that no one gets everything that they want. I dislike when it goes against what I believe, but love it when the other guy loses.

desantis can make him the senator to replace rubio.
i suppose he could also get another position in the admin, asst. something...

This leclirk guy sounds extremely similar the someone who calls himself “Newsblog” and posts super leftie shit on a facebook group called “Protest BC” ie. British Columbia. He says he is in Ontario and has relatives in “upper management in New York”. Probably followed us refugees from Canadian Gun Nutz over to this forum. CGN has/had several raging pedo/MAF regular posters who were systematically protected by the mod who called himself “Woodchopper”. I think he calls himself “Rust” or something similar over here. In CGN the lefties are used to mods that protect them from logic and reality, while banning/bullying any other views.

NO! Keep your hands off him!! We need him! Take Andrew Bailey!

I personally think Harriet Hagaman would be outstanding, but I know we don't want to keep robbing from Congress. My hunch is she doesn't have any sex scandals brewing.

I think you need a law degree to be an AG, even at the state level. You don't have to be a smart one, or pass your bar exams on the first try, but you do need to be a lawyer. Clay Higgins never finished his bachelors at LSU. He has an extensive background in law-enforcement, and might make a good candidate for FBI Director, but not AG. Also, we're not supposed to be tapping our best from Congress all the time.

more guessing...but we do know now who the swamp creatures are...

I was pro Gaetz nomination and would have liked to see him in that office despite me thinking he is a scumbag on a personal level. He is a firebrand and a fighter which is what we need to clean house. Hope the next pick is just as much a fighter as Gaetz is.

oh, now i see the problem.

I would want someone with high T-levels that is a strategically-calculating pitbull, well-versed in RICO cases. If you could take someone from JSOC’s JAG and have them handle RICO cases after service, that would make a great AG.

Someone who isn’t loyal to the Irish, Sicilian, Italian, or Russian Jew mobsters that always seem to get their way.

We fought hard to get Trent Staggs in as our next Senator, and he won the party nomination with 69.7% of the Utah GOP delegates.

But John Curtis simply bypassed the caucus system by signature route, with millions of out-of-State money so they could get another RINO like Romney in a Senate seat.

We spent months vetting candidates and Curtis didn’t even show his cursed swamprat face, just like Mitt Romney never did. We voted for Dr. Mike Kennedy back then, who now finally won a House Seat for 3rd District.

Dr. Kennedy would have made an awesome Senator to accompany Mike Lee in the Senate, but the swamp hates Boy Scouts with a passion. Mafia and Boy Scouts don’t associate. They’re like oil and water.

The fundamental problem most Americans are unaware of is that the DOJ is an arm of organized crime, not a legitimate department in our government. It was created out of thin air during Reconstruction so they could have the AG full-time, a new Solicitor General to act as a defense attorney for the US, and an Asst AG. The story is that lawsuits filed against the US after the Civil War required expansion of the AG’s office.

The Founders never intended for there to be a 115,000 employee secret umbrella of Federal police forces, manufactured out of a part-time advisory position of AG.

Late 1800s mobsters started paying off anyone in the Justice Department to avoid heat coming their way, and 50 years later when Prohibition went into effect, the families had all the judges and DOJ players already marked and on payroll.

Al Capone, acting as a made man for the New York families operating in Chicago, was paying $30 million a year in bribes, just as an example. Prohibition solidified and expanded the curse of organized crime control over US government, and never went away.

Now look at the names in Congress in Committee Chair positions, Governors, freaking Pompeo at CIA, Kevin McCarthy as Speaker, Pelosi as Speaker (her dad was a Mafia loyalist), the talking heads (O’Reilly, Megyn Kelly, Cavuto, Norah O’Donnell, Miles O’Brien...).

You start to notice things. The families appoint and buy positions for people they think they can trust to keep their names out of the light. They own Congress and the heads of all the administrative state agencies. They aren’t going to let their chess pieces be knocked off the board. Hundreds of billions are riding on them staying in power, while their financiers are set to lose trillions.

now i am thinking she must be part of the deep state.

Called it!
She was my pick before he picked Gaetz, but Gaetz wasn’t even on my radar. When he came up with Gaetz out of nowhere, I was like, Yeah! He would have burned that place down, and the swamp creatures with it. I hope she’ll do the same.

Lindsey might be trying to score brownie points before his name comes up either as a defendant or possible position in the admin.

He’s such a RINO though with that used car salesman wannabe polished look. Then you look at his Open Secrets investments....

Well, he was supporting Gaetz too, after a brief pause, but he got on-board. I'm not defending LG, just pointing out that his approval isn't an automatic red flag. But I agree, you can't trust him.

I'd be fine with Paxton, too. I actually thought when Gaetz stepped aside, he'd nominate his lawyer (Todd Blanche) that he had already nominated for Deputy AG.
