If interested, the popular Razor 1-6 Gen 2 HD-E in SPF with a 5.56 BDC reticle used by SOCOM. Comes with a pretty nice Armageddon soft case and an extended Vortex mount. We have been selling the Razor 1-6x with a Geissele SOPMOD mount.

Probably the Geissele mount is nicer, but for our core customers, getting a true SOCOM contract is always nice.

You can DM me if ready to buy. We have a limited number, but have an allocation for 'hide member treats.

Got me curious, how does this reticle's illumination work, as there is no way for a fiber optic to reach it, as there is not a "post to the edge".

The spec sheet on the reticle from vortex refers to the center dot as being a "daylight bright illumination dot."

Kinda makes me wonder. Either their use of the term "daylight bright" is subject to some interpretation or perhaps they shoe horned some tech similar to that of the NX8 into this particular model.

I'd sure like to know.

Alright asshat. Exactly where was it that I said the NX8 came out before the Razor did?! All I did was make a reference to the technology being used. The only reason I used the NX8 as an example is because I have a couple of them. I could just as easily have used the the Gen III razor as an example.

What an attention hungry idiot.

I have used these scopes, Crane designation SU-300. The illumination is the same tech that is in the rzr 1-10's. It's very, very bright, red dot like brightness.

Maybe the folks who asked for the scope already really liked the existing Razor 1-6 from having used it, and just wanted Vortex to put a more useful reticle in it.
