This could potentially save me over $1,000 until I get a popup saying they won't "ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we will ship." It sounds like they won't ship to NJ if they won't allow a gun to be shipped to a third party for compliance?
I can't even get past the Adding to Cart screen lol. The double pull arcade already sold out a 619 and I kept refreshing and just adding to cart with the page stuckNo not on same page as regular non sale items. Usually a tab at top of home page that once clicked on takes you to sale/blemished items. Sign into your account before 6:00pm EST, make sure your info(name/shipping address etc etc.) is good, have your list of wants next to mouse, at exactly 6:00PM click that sales tab, add item(s) to cart and check out pronto with correct credit card info. Check your email for confirmation and order number. Don't fugg around looking, only place the #1 wants in your cart and check out quickly or you WILL MISS OUT! Sell out , crash, overload, blowout, power outage and a host of other fuggery will screw you.

Hey all,
For those of you who don't know what I do for MDT, Im the customer support manager (and this sale is #7 for me), and I thought I would take a few moments and help everyone prep for our Legendary Black Friday. It starts tomorrow (Thursday, November 28 at 3:00 PM PST/6:00 PM EST.
What is going to be on sale?
It varies every year; most factory-new items (there will be stuff not on sale) are 10% off. Of course, the big items are factory seconds/blemished units, which go for 40% off (these are very limited numbers), and, of course, other exciting deals.
Will items in my cart be discounted?
They won't. We can't override pricing for items in your cart, so you must add them as the sale starts.
All the items were removed from cart; why?
When the sale goes live, we may need to clear our server-side cache, which includes the items in your cart.
I can't log into my account.
This comes up from time to time; you can fully check out as a guest, and as the order flows through, updates will be emailed to you regardless. But if you would like them all under your account, make sure you get logged in ahead of the sale to prevent any issues. Also, it's a great time to update and make sure your billing and shipping information is correct.
My order says manual verification. What's going on?
This year has been rough. We've been targeted by aggressive fraudsters, and to help mitigate this, we've had to significantly increase our fraud filters. But don't worry—we have our amazing accounting team working all through the sale to get these approved. The best thing you can do is ensure your billing and shipping match 100%. Your order is allocated, and the items are secured at that point; we just need to make sure that everything is good.
How come I can't call in during the sale?
With the number of emails, DMs, and other communication we get during the sale, we would be overwhelmed in seconds. Our support team works around the clock during this time, and with emails, we can keep going late into the night until it's done. Please also stick to one form of communication; our e-mail and Facebook messenger all go to the same team, and there is a 1:7 chance you get the same agent. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible.
Also, another note: during the sale, we are getting a lot of repeat questions. We do use what we call a macro, which is a pre-typed response. It's not how we want to operate, but to make sure we get to everyone as quickly as possible, as we have to get everything done by the end of the sale, we do utilize them way more during this time.
Can you add this item to my order?
We can't add to an order once it is placed, so make sure you place your order. If you are charged shipping, let us know, and we will correct that as soon as we can (we need to wait a minimum of 24 hours before we can refund an order). Our shipping team will do their best to send them together, but it's not always possible.

We cannot; once an order is placed as a guest, it will remain a guest order.
I can't add a factory second to my cart, why not !?!?!
Factory seconds are only available in limited numbers, and we are actively trying to eliminate them whenever possible, so numbers can be very low (usually, a factory second means we need to adjust how that item is made, and we will). The popular stuff might only last a few minutes after the sale starts. To give you an idea, we can get 40K users on the website when it launches. If you find an FS, check out with it ASAP, do not shop around, don't do anything else but checkout. You can come back and make another order for other stuff afterward.
Will the website crash?
We know this has happened in the past, and it sucked. Last year we found out the source of the problem, and we have turned it off and we plan to run the stock inventory management rather than the 3RD party extension we used to use. We cannot guarantee there won't be a crash, but we are doing absolutely everything we can, plus we have a new IT team that is just awesome. Usually, this time of year I stop sleeping this week due to worry, but Im feeling good, and I don't foresee any problems. Fingers crossed!
When will my order ship?
Always a great question; this year we are formulating a new plan to speed up shipping in-stock orders that makes sense. This should reduce shipping times a fair amount. Of course, once your order is packed up for shipping the tracking information will be e-mailed to you. Also, during this time period the amount of orders going out can lead to delays in scans as we are likely going to have a trailer dropped at our warehouse which we will load and UPS will just come by, hook up, and push the packages into their system. So it's not uncommon to not see any movement until the last sorting center. So you may get nothing and then all of a sudden its out for delivery.

Every year this happens. Every year it eventually comes back online and people rush to buy products. Every year they “make good” on people’s orders of products they claim ran out but inventory didn’t update. People praise MDT as a solid company who honors their “mistake”.
Rinse and repeat. Instead of hiring more IT people, maybe they hired a marketing genius.
