Are we all gona wait till Christmas eve or we buyin the wife's gift early?

Mine decided she wanted to be with other men and not be married anymore so 🤷‍♂️
Horrible. Sorry to know that, I really am. Women are all crazy and the women's lib crap along with the "free love" movement in the 60's did so much damage to this nation and we are still very much seeing the results of it.

I was thinking of boxing up and wrapping a divorce decree, BUT I gotta have all the stuff I care about out of the house first.
If that's what you're doing don't underestimate her. I've seen too many dudes get absolutely taken by the women and also play the game way better than the men do. Not to mention this system is set up for women ans against men. Sorry, back on topic now.

I spent a ton of time getting the wife 3 jackets 2 years ago. I got her a jacket for rain, a jacket for every day, and a nicer one. I think she's worn 1 of them one time in the last 2 years..... So last year I just gave her $1000 in cash and told her to go buy her whatever clothes she wants.

Through the years I've gotten her pistols a few times, and other different things but I never really feel like she loves what I get her. Got her a new phone for her b-day and she really liked that. Hers was 4 years old and she switched from iPhone to android (galaxy).

I wouldn’t say so much lucky, but it is what it is and I’m enjoying the somewhat peace and just doing what I need to do for my kids
Give it a while.

I had a totally different perspective after some time.

I used to joke with my oldest son and tell him I was going to buy him a Russian step mother. We decided we wouldn't teach her English and use a flash card system around the house.

Merry Christmas!

The gifts have become more difficult to select over time for multiple reasons. I think that we are going to take Pepe (our ‘93 Bronco) out for a drive with the cameras and enjoy each other’s company for Christmas Day.

Wife wanted an IPad a few years ago. Being the consummate DIYer:

Im aware. Ive been divorced before.
Besides, im only kidding. 😉

Already bought my wife's present. She gets a new Marsupial Bino harness and RF pouch. Hoping it will motivate her to get out and hike and hunt with me more.

I always struggle with this, and I was excited to see this post. I thought, man, a few days ago I asked about pots and pans, and I got a doctorate level education in a few days. Fucking wisdom bursting at the seems..

Christmas presents?

Fucking nope. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

We've got caskets, one way plane tickets, refrigerator boxes, and "the bitch better be greatful to have me".

The internet is such a strange place. 😅😅😅
I remember my first time on snipers hide

Gift giving between spouses is stupid. My wife and I agreed after we got married, that we would not exchange gifts, period. Not for Christmas, birthday's, anniversary, "sweetest day", along with all the other commercialized bullshit, "holiday's".

It's nothing but a complete waste of money. Instead, we buy whatever we want, when we want it. That way you don't have to end up having garage sales, because you get what you want in the first place.... Not a bunch of overpriced crap you end up getting rid of, because you never wanted it to begin with.

And 3 years later it all ends up on a card table in your driveway, for 5 cents on the dollar.... Instead, I usually buy the guns I want, and she buys the clothes, shoes, and other crap she wants. Everyone is happy, and no one complains.

I don't have to "ask permission" to buy guns. Or her to buy clothes. And after a few years of this, we end up with enough left over to buy a big ticket item that we both want.... Like a new car, or whatever.

This is dumb, doesn't make any sense..

Anyways, anybody want to buy a brand new nautilus bowflex I was gifted last year at Christmas? Used once. I think they are $1,300 new, nothing wrong with it, I just fucking hate it.

Why do I remember and then instantly forget to buy her gift till the last minute?
Did you guys get it already? What kind of stuff did you get her? Let's get some ideas rolling...
My wife tells me what she wants and I either order it or go get it. Much simpler that way. Of course we have been married 15 years so theirs that.
FYI, She wanted an Ella Bella hair dryer.

I used to be a last-minute shopper, but honestly, it’s way less stressful to get it done early. Last year, I got my wife a digital frame from nixplay.com, loaded it with photos from our trips and moments with the kids, and she absolutely loved it. Way more meaningful than scrambling around the mall on Christmas Eve. Next year, I’m trying to stay ahead of the game again—might do something similar and add new photos to keep it fresh.
