Thoroughbred Armament barrels ?

There are a number of smaller shops that sell no name barrels. As a barrel nerd, personally, I know that there are a dozen or so blank makers who do a reasonable job, on the level of a Ballistic Advantage, and will provide reliable 1.5 to 3.5 MOA accuracy, which is good enough for a great many shooters, and probably better than M16 accuracy in Vietnam.

It really depends upon what the purpose of the barrel is. If it is general purpose and chrome lined or nitrided, meh, it works. The next level up is military grade, like Colt and FN, and then you pay more for match grade.
