From the list Op posted. What part of that list makes sense for an LEO to stay on the force or move to another precinct or move out of state and be okay? Accountability needs to take place. The reason we have a screwed up nation is because is starts with these dirt bags enforcing laws only for the ones that are not of an elite status or have money. Yea rather have chaos then the BS we will have if we keep going down this road.

Due process? Is that still in existence today? Beat first/shoot first, then worry about the "due process" seems to be the credo for way too many in l.e. Qualified immunity is the justification in too many cases.
