Reptilla Mounts?

I own several, all mounted on ARs. Very happy with the quality. I find these comparable to Geissele (also own several flavors and like them).

I like the Reptilia mounting h/w better (low profile/less chance of snagging a fingernail when using the CH) but Geissele frequently runs good sales and can be had cheaper.

I run one on an NSW RECCE and it’s been on a ModH. Very good mount with a lot of options for ring caps that are actually in stock.

Currently my favorite AR centric mount.

Reptilia hardware like the RDS top caps are also compatible with Geissele mounts.

This is what I like most about Reptilia, snag free design. They are also pretty lightweight.

This is true. Certain mfr's seem to have frequent sales while others seem to never or rarely have sales. PA often has storewide sales which can help some.

I would say, in it's short life thus far, Reptilia AUS has proven to be a solid design with good resale value.

It's in the same price range as the A419 mount, that's what I ended up going with. After seeing the video where they mounted a steel target to a 34mm tube and shot it with multiple calibers. The mount didn't slip. That's insane.

I think the reptilia has some more options for top dot/offset dot mounts but A419 has RMR mounts so that's good enough for me.

So far the Reptilla mount seems descent. Yes, the cantilever is a little short for my taste. I shoot one click out from collapsed and I have the scope all the way forward in the rings and all the way forward on the pic rail to get proper eye relief.

Wished they made a version that was QD.
