    I have a fried who has the above put doesn't know what a fair price would be. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Here's the information he gave me. Picture to follow.
    What's a fair price for my LaRue Tactical 556 OBR SBR is worth? Optic, suppressor and light not included. It does have a Surefire WarComp flash hider and Troy backup iron sights. It has 1500 rounds thru it.

    I would guess around $2000. I dont know how well SBRs sell second hand because of the NFA process and the fact that you could slap any lower on there and SBR it yourself later or just run it as a pistol. With the OBRs having specific attachments and not being universal like a Keymod system, it would fetch more for someone that is a Larue fan.

    For reference. I bought that same upper, 12" OBR, as just an upper, used, for i think $1000-1200, might have even been less. That was a few years ago.

    SBRs are like Herpes........ You never get rid of them.

    He will be lucky to get $1,500 out of it. That is also less if he has to pay to transfer it to another state. If he MUST Sell it, he would be better off separating them and having the ATF remove the lower from the Registry. He will loose money but you will always loose money selling NFA items.
