Leftist women and the LBGWYHONBBQ are panic buying guns.

There's a rich Jewish guy I've known since high school; very wealthy of course, and has always given off a very strong gay vibe.

At a high school reunion, he was seething and pretty much came out and blamed me for the Columbine Massacre since I was an AR owner. I assured him my ARs had an airtight alibi as they were locked in my safe during that time and none were capable of leaving by themselves and were a threat to the public.

He was also a rabid Hillary / Obama supporter. Go figure, and said he "HATED conspiracy theories" or anyone who questioned the 2020 election results.

Well guess who called me out of the blue recently right after Trump's latest victory wanting to know where he could buy a FA UZI with a suppressor as he rented one at an indoor range?

I told him I didn't know of anyone selling a Class III gun with a can but told him he might try Craigslist.

You missed a great opportunity.......

Should have told him that you whish that you could help him, BUT people like you insisted on Unconstitutional Laws and now because of the mentally unstable people like him none of us can own them...... ;)

And to argue for not selling to a mentally ill alphabet person, it is hard to say they are falsifying the 4473 by not disclosing a mental illness. If the medical establishment is not saying that gender dysphoria is a mental illness, then they cannot be disqualified from that.

However, the owner or employees of a shop can refuse service. A customer could still sue them for interfering with the right to keep and bear arms but that is weak because another shop may sell to them with no problems. I am thinking of the baker in Colorado. He did not want bake a cake celebration an abomination. He pointed them to a bakery that was walking distance and almost line of sight from his shop that would have baked any cake they wanted. But their intention was to sue him and state that he is inflicting his religion on them, etcetera, etcetera.

And the satanists in the courts sided with the mentally ill.

They are out there training too.
One semi-local place that I frequent for competitions now has the purple haired soy boys with their preferred pronouns on their molle gear. Some of them also have some class 3 stuff. Some of them shoot pretty well too. Others, not so much.
I am making the assumption they must come from well to do families based on their gear and age. I sure couldn't afford that kind of stuff in mid to late 20s.

A shop owner would have to be a complete moron to do something that would trigger a lawsuit like the bakers.

As an FFL, the ATF gives me the right to refuse service to anyone if they make me think the sale should not go through. All I have to say is I didn't feel comfortable. If I said it was because they were a woman or gay etc that would just be dumb.

I did have a woman I almost turned down a sale to simply because she was a woman. She was small and wanted to buy a glock 21...... I was ready to ask he to leave but first asked he some questions. Turns out she has quite the collection and loves recoil.....she even has a 44 mag. She wanted to 21 for home defense too because she wanted to stop a threat if need be. Also she had a carry permit.

I tend to ask questions to make sure those I'm transferring weapons to, seem stable and are of sound mind. You can't judge a book by the cover. I just had a woman who told me she bought her first Ar15 because her husband was tired of sharing his. I could have sworn it was going to be a straw purchase talking to her on the phone. Her eyes lit up when I opened the box and showed her the rifle. She talked about how she specifically bought a light rifle due to her small frame. As an FFL you have many minutes to process the paperwork and complete the transaction. Best thing you can do is get to know each customer and their needs. Per the ATF, an FFL can refuse to do a transfer if they feel uncomfortable with the individual.

Or isn’t willing to sacrifice his morals/principals for a buck.
I don't believe I've ever known a gunstore owner or the minimum wage+commission expert behind the counter not eagerly willing to sell any gun to any scumbag that walks through the door.

"Should I wrapitupfor'ya?"

Friends with an LGS owner for decades. He’s told me a few stories about people he denied.

I’m sure you are correct more often than not.

To be fair, there are some conscionable GS people. The gun store I grew up with was almost a "members only" business that dealt with high rollers, proffessionals, politicos like Rick Perry and Gov. Mark White, big landowners and old money, rich Fudds. If they didn't know you, you may not get waited on.

They damn sure didn't cater to the element off the street looking for a Glock-foty.
