aftermarket ghost insert installed but comes with the original black insert as well. dial is original and in great shape.original bezel turns freely and is also in great shape. comes with a used set of frosted edge bevel crystal and the original set of hands. the hands were replaced for better lume. comes with all of the straps pictured.
