I just saw on a YouTube podcast hosted by ar15.com that Primary Arms is going to update the glx 2.5-10. If anyone has Primary Arms ear on here please 🙏 get this request to them to make these updates on the glx 2.5-10: low pro adjustable turrets so that a red dot can be mounted piggy back effectively, get rid of the chevron and replace it with a cross hair aiming point with Christmas tree mil drop down , add wind holds along side the center aiming point, try to make the scope 2-10 . Keep the parallax side focus and keep the circle of death so that the scope reticle can be used without illumination at low power !

Ty for the reply marsh1 . I am excited to see what the primary arms team brings ! And on a side note, if primary arms could make a plx 2-12 with the same features as listed above but with Japanese build quality I am sure it would be a home run as well !
If they do a PLX of any variation in the 2-18 range I’m getting one. I love my PLXc. I was looking at the GLX 2.5-10 before they pulled it. I’m also very interested in the new SWFA gen 2 optics that have zero stops and such now. I’ve had a SWFA 12x42 for a while now and while it does lack some amenities, it’s still a very solid scope that works perfectly fine using holdovers.

The Plxc 1-8 was and is a huge success for PA, I personally like the griffin mil reticle variant. If PA can take that same innovation that led to the plxc's success and apply it to a non Chinese manufactured mpvo 2-10 and or 2-12 scope it would be another huge win for them. With the Steiner 2-12 and others falling short of what we have been asking for (to be able to use the reticle on low and high magnification) PA has a huge opportunity to give us what we have been asking for and hit another home run.

Agreed. Sometimes I think I probably should’ve gone Griffin Mil on my PLXc, but honestly I’m fine either way.

    2-15 or 3-21. 12” or under?

Yes they announced the new 2.5-20x48.
Could be nice. PA has a history of narrow FOV scopes, hoping this one will buck that trend especially if it’s close in price to the NX8 and its current pricing. Always skeptical of 8x erector scopes because they tend to be finicky, but maybe PA sprinkled some of their pixie dust on this one. I can only hope and pray that they did the reticle right so it is usable at 2.5x.

I planned on doing a review of multiple NX8 2.5–20 scopes for a sample variance review later this year, that might coincide nicely with the release of the scope so we’ll see if I can get my hands on one.

Ya, I’m working on a comparison review video between the SLX 1-6 ACSS FFP and the PLXc ACSS.

Very interested to see how PA handles their reticles in the future ie. dot vs. chevron, with most not available on relevant ballistic apps. Would really like to see them flesh out the PLX lineup with new mag ranges-not sure if new 2.5-20 or 2.5-10 are PLX, reticles-though Griffin works well for my applications in PLXC. See them as innovative and responsive to market-we’re just a greedy bunch, looking for immediate gratification.
