It sure looks like Trump hasn't learned his lesson about leaving swamp rats in prominent positions.
Then again, maybe Trump has something in store to take care of those that have been blackmailing Johnson.

Only thing I can think here is that if there is a protracted battle for a new speaker(I havent heard any concensus in the past few weeks) that the new congress cant be seated and cant certify the election, cant get to work on any nominees, etc...
Could be a power play to get the election certified, etc... and then later...blamo... gotta go...

Why do you think the new CR was released in time for Musk and Vivek to go thru it and let the public know what was in it. The old guard would not have allowed it. Get in get things rolling and down the road replace the speaker if needed. Zelensky will not get another dime after Trump gets in. "IF" we can avert war for another 21 days, Putin has already agreed to meet with Pres Trump and end the Ukraine war. You can bet their already talking. Guys, nothing is going to change. The debt is going up as well as the deficit. Inflation will continue to rise, wages will continue to stagnate. There isn't any other option, and Trump will continue doing what has been done.

Sometimes you need the swamp to move things long. You will have the democrats not on your side. No reason to hamper your agenda isolating everyone. As far as Ukraine goes, well we do shit there that we cant do here and Zelenski isnt our buddy but knows where the bodies are. Think however, the money tap does have to goto a trickle.
