Opening bolt face w/ m16 extractor from 308 to magnum w/ m16

Will I have a problem with the extractor if I open the bolt face from standard to magnum. Will the extractor claw need changed or will it even work at all?

Looked at the prints on lri website. Looks like the only thing different in the machine work is the slot width. A little mill work and a magnum extractor looks like the worst case scenario but thought I’d ask on here and see if I could find someone with experience with it.
