Spuhr SCT-4001 for a tikka. 34mm 1.18 height. Came on a rifle I got in a trade. Prior owner ground down the center piece a bit for clearance, does not affect function. The bottom screw that sets into the action (locator pin basically) is partially broken, you can get a replacement from spuhr, though it still functions fine. $150 shipped
I have that recoil screw part # A-0085 in stock here at Mile High for warranty for whomever buys this.
