Just to update, my order is now showing "shipper created label". So shouldn't be much longer now.
MTD is a top notch company. Top notch CS... My wife opened the Christmas card they sent and asked "just how much to you spend there" . I just smiled, not as much as i would like to.
Recieved mine. Damn nice marketing. Loved all the printed signatures. Call me old fashioned but I like a Christmas card at Christmas. Only get a couple now a days.
I stopped sending them with my biz but now I’m rethinking that.

I broke a couple of scope ring clamps and they warranteed them as well as the screws and included a Christmas card, so I'm a happy guy about all of that.

Called yesterday. My order was cancelled for unknown reasons and I was never alerted. All the items I ordered were discontinued items.
They are all gone now

I tried to buy a couple different chassis this last BF, yes another site crash. Refreshed the page for 3 hours, got to the cart, showed out of stock. Customer service response to my email basically told me, 'Tough luck'. Not a huge deal, I just wanted to try an MDT cause I have one on my Ruger Rimfire. I'll probably order an MPA, or look for a used McRee G10.

This was my experience too. I ended up paying almost full pull because I actually wanted the product.
