Mdt customer service?

I sent several email request during Black Friday to cancel a order and nothing. Now i have double of what i do not need. I am not real real happy with MDT right now.
Have you been able to check your spam and junk folder? We have noticed emails going in there.

Anyone place an order with MDT around Nov early Dec?
I placed an order for some clearance items that were all ‘in stock’ from them on 11/30/24. Got an instant confirmation email. Crickets since.
 
I got one this last Christmas and the one before. They just like me more.
Recieved mine. Damn nice marketing. Loved all the printed signatures. Call me old fashioned but I like a Christmas card at Christmas. Only get a couple now a days.

I stopped sending them with my biz but now I’m rethinking that.

Called yesterday. My order was cancelled for unknown reasons and I was never alerted. All the items I ordered were discontinued items.
They are all gone now 😞

I tried to buy a couple different chassis this last BF, yes another site crash. Refreshed the page for 3 hours, got to the cart, showed out of stock. Customer service response to my email basically told me, 'Tough luck'. Not a huge deal, I just wanted to try an MDT cause I have one on my Ruger Rimfire. I'll probably order an MPA, or look for a used McRee G10.

That was not a good experience, and we apologize for that! Was it a factory second or regular stock item you were looking at?

This was my experience too. I ended up paying almost full pull because I actually wanted the product.
